Passive candidates are generally happy in their current employment however could be convinced to apply for a vacancy if it meets their aspirations / needs on several levels. These skilled workers can also be identified and targeted through head hunting tactics.
How can I attract more passive candidates?

- Rather than focus on those looking for a job, focus on the available skillset of your clientele and how that could align with your company needs.
